Support in This Moment
You're Not Alone. Help is Here.
If you're feeling overwhelmed, hurting, or unsure what to do next, take this one step at a time. You were never meant to carry it alone — lean on your community, lean on the One who sowed Himself for you, and let the harvest of His peace begin in your life today.
Community Support
Lean on Your Faith Community
If you have a church home, please reach out to your pastor, a minister, or a designated care leader at your church. They can't help if they don't know what's going on — and most are honored to walk with you, pray with you, and connect you to people and resources in your local community.
A simple message like "I'm going through something hard and could use some support" is enough to start the conversation. You don't need the right words.
If you don't have a faith community,
there are still trusted places to begin. The following organizations offer free support — no church membership required.
NAMI HelpLine

Mental Health America — Find Support

The Greatest Harvest
Receive the Seed That Changes Everything.
Every harvest begins with a seed. Jesus Himself was the seed sown — buried in the ground so that you could rise into a new life. When you receive Him, you receive a harvest that secures your eternal future and begins meeting you in your present situation: a harvest of peace, wisdom, joy, healing, provision, and unshakable love.
"That if thou shalt confess with thy mouth the Lord Jesus, and shalt believe in thine heart that God hath raised him from the dead, thou shalt be saved. For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."
— Romans 10:9-10 (KJV)
A Prayer for Salvation
If you're ready, pray this prayer out loud — slowly, from your heart. Heaven is listening.
Heavenly Father, I come to You just as I am. I believe that Jesus is Your Son — the Seed You sowed for me. I believe He died on the cross for my sins, was buried, and on the third day You raised Him from the dead.
Today I turn from my old way of living and I receive Jesus as my Lord and Savior. Wash me clean. Make me new. Plant Your Spirit in me, and let the harvest of Your life begin to grow in mine — a harvest of peace in my mind, wisdom for my decisions, healing in my body and emotions, joy in my heart, and provision for every need.
Thank You for securing my eternal future and for stepping into my present situation. From this moment forward, I belong to You. In Jesus' name, amen.
If you prayed that prayer — even quietly, even through tears — welcome to the family. Heaven is rejoicing over you right now.
Your Next Step
Find a Local Church to Help You Grow.
A seed needs soil, water, and community to flourish. Your next step is to plant yourself in a local, Bible-believing church where you can be loved, taught, prayed for, and sent. Don't try to grow alone — God designed you for family.
How to Choose
- • Look for a church that teaches the Bible as God's Word.
- • Visit in person — feel the warmth of the people, not just the program.
- • Ask about a small group or new-believer class so you can grow with others.
- • Tell a leader, "I just gave my life to Jesus — can someone walk with me?"
Pause Before You Decide
Let the soil slow you down.
Hard seasons often press us to react quickly — to decide, to fix, to move. But the garden teaches a different rhythm. Seeds don't sprout on demand. Soil has to be tended before it can give. Growth happens quietly, beneath the surface, long before it shows.
Before you make a hard decision or take a heavy step, give yourself permission to pause and reflect. Step outside. Put your hands in the dirt. Pull a few weeds. Water something living. Let your breath catch up to your body.
Gardening is therapeutic because it asks nothing of you but presence. It lowers your shoulders, quiets the noise, and gives your mind room to hear what it actually needs. Many of the clearest answers come not from pushing harder, but from standing still long enough to notice what's already growing.
