Heavenly Father, 

I come to You in repentance, turning away from  my sins and surrendering my life to You. I acknowledge that I cannot save myself and that I need Your grace and forgiveness. I come to You in faith, believing in my heart that Jesus is Lord and that You raised Him from the dead.  I confess with my mouth, “Jesus is Lord over my life!” 

Your Word says in Romans 10:9-10 (KJV):  “That if you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved. For with the heart one believes unto righteousness, and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation."

Lord, I thank You for saving me, forgiving my sins, and giving me eternal life. Fill me with Your Holy Spirit and help me to live a life that pleases and honors You.  In Jesus’ name, Amen.
